Installation closes that gap once, properly. We create business or enterprise accounts in your company’s name, verify in writing that your data is never used to train models, and switch on the admin controls your provider offers.
Then we write the rules. Each team gets data instructions matched to what they actually handle, permissions and roles get set, and we define the never-paste-this list — the specific things that must never go into a public AI tool. Your team reads it and signs it.
The third day is the one people don’t expect. Security alone doesn’t make anyone faster. So we configure custom instructions, projects and memory for each role, connect AI to the tools you already use, and run a two-hour hands-on session so nobody is guessing on Monday morning.

On cost: the AI subscriptions themselves — usually around $25 per seat per month — are paid by you directly to the provider. We don’t resell them and we don’t mark them up. We charge once to install it properly, and then it’s yours.
